Registering for School

How old must my child be?
To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before October 16.

What do I need to bring?
To register a child please bring with you:

1. Certified Copy of Birth Certificate

2. Immunization (shot) Record

3. Proof of address (the following are acceptable )

   • Current utility bill (water, gas or electric)
   • Signed valid lease agreement (signed by both lessor and lessee)
   • Signed purchase agreement with closing date within 45 days (signed by both purchaser and seller)

 

Before/After School Care Registration Fees

Registration fees are $10.00 per child for the Before School Program and $15.00 per child for the After School Program. Registration fees should be made payable to Fuquay-Varina Elementary School in the form of check or money order. Separate checks are needed for each program. Medical insurance is required for children attending the Before/After School Programs! Parents are asked provide medical insurance information at the time of registration.

Before/After School Care Monthly Fees

Monthly fee for the Before School Program (6:45- 8:45 a.m.) is $70.00.
Monthly fee for the After School Program (3:45- 6:00 p.m.) is $123.75.
