Fuquay-Varina Elementary is fortunate to have an amazing group of students who provide leadership and representation to all of the students in the school. Each third, fourth, and fifth grade classroom has one elected representative selected by individual classrooms. Our executive officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Historian) are elected by the student body in a school-wide election each fall. All members of the Student Council will encourage and maintain good citizenship, while practicing positive leadership and cooperation skills. Service projects include: "Giving Tree" toy drive, canned food drive, campus cleanup days. Additional activities are being planned at this time.
Our Student Council collected 8 large boxes of canned food items during our Have A Heart for Hunger Campaign. Thank you to everyone who donated a can and helped our F-V community.
Our monthly Campus Cleanup Days are off to a great start!
